Smart Tracking: Can Receive

Before a specimen, cassette, or slide is received at a labstation, Prima checks preconfigured operating procedures, outstanding work orders, and completed work to determine whether the item can be received. If Prima finds that a step is being skipped or repeated, it flags the item immediately. Smart tracking means staff aren't left guessing, and nothing slips through unnoticed. When a legitimate exception arises, a quick receive override is available. The override is intentionally frictionless for the technician, but every use is captured as a QA event, allowing quality teams to audit the process without slowing down the bench.
