When work needs to be re-done, Prima makes it easy to order and track. Re-trims, re-embeds, re-cuts, and other rework types can be ordered directly within Prima and are tracked as rework throughout their lifecycle. Rework items are tagged with a special banner, drawing attention to them in any any list or search result. Technicians, managers, and pathologists can filter, generate, and distribute rework lists or reports anytime. No rework requests get lost in the regular workflow, and the full history of what was ordered and why is preserved to support both operational efficiency and quality review.
