CSV Import is one of Prima's most powerful time-savers for labs without upstream systems. Instead of manually accessioning each order, users can import a structured file and have Prima process the entire batch at once — eliminating repetitive data entry and the errors that come with it. Prima validates every row against the database as it imports: checking for duplicates, verifying required fields, and flagging anything that doesn't look right. Validation issues are presented during import in a clear, interactive GUI where users can review and resolve each problem before committing the import. The result is faster order entry, cleaner data, and far fewer corrections downstream.
