Prima fully integrates with automated archival systems such as Dreampath/Arcos, enabling two-way communication between the lab and the archive. Archival events are triggered and logged automatically as cases reach the appropriate stage, eliminating any manual handoff. Pull requests flow back into Prima just as seamlessly, keeping records current when items are retrieved from storage. The result is a closed loop between the lab and the archive: items go in and come out with Prima tracking every movement, and staff spend no time on manual coordination between the two systems.
